This page explains the enquiry route and demonstrations on the Mutelligence website.

Who operates this website?

Mutelligence LTD, company number 16539410, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE. We are based in the UK. Contact info@mutelligence.co.uk with questions about this website or your information.

Review requests and email

The review and product-interest forms explain their delivery method above the fields. In email-draft mode, your answers stay in the page while you prepare, copy or download a draft; you send it yourself through your email app. When direct submission is available, the form says so before you submit and sends your answers to our website server, which passes the request to Zoho Mail. A successful response means the email service accepted the request; it does not confirm an appointment or product availability. The website does not save your form answers in browser storage. After a successful direct submission, a temporary browser-session flag contains only the request type and selected product, so the confirmation page can display the correct receipt. It is removed when that page opens.

If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, business email, company, optional phone number and description of your enquiry. We use it to respond, arrange a conversation and discuss the work you are considering. Where you ask about a potential project, we use this information to take the steps you request before a possible contract. For general business correspondence, our legitimate interest is responding to and managing business enquiries. Please avoid sending sensitive customer or business documents in an initial enquiry.

Email is handled through our email service, Zoho Mail. Your own email provider also processes the message you send. Enquiry records may be kept while we handle the enquiry and where needed for related business records. We consider whether the enquiry is still active, whether it leads to a project and whether records are needed for legal or business obligations when deciding how long to keep it. Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, or object to its use. Email us to exercise these rights.

Coming-soon product interest

If you request product updates, we receive your email address, selected product, optional name and your explicit request for updates about that product. We use these details to respond and provide the updates you requested, rather than adding you to unrelated mailing lists. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@mutelligence.co.uk. We keep the request while it is relevant to development and your interest, or until you ask us to stop; any required record of your preference may be retained to respect that request. Please use an adult’s contact details and do not submit children’s or health information.

Fictional workflow demonstrations

The demonstrations use prepared fictional examples. Selecting a sample produces a simulated result in your browser. They do not upload documents, call an AI service or send messages. Product screenshots are static images of our own interfaces. Contact-form draft copies and downloads are generated on your device when requested.

Website operation and analytics

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security services may process connection information such as your IP address and requested pages to deliver and protect the website.

We use Ahrefs Analytics for website visitor statistics on informational pages, to help us understand and improve the website. Review and interest forms do not load this analytics script. Fixed interaction events record review-link clicks, example-demo use and interest in an enumerated product. A confirmation page can record a fixed accepted-request event after direct submission. These events never include form answers, names, email addresses or draft text. Ahrefs describes its analytics as cookie-free; its service processes page URLs, referrers and browser information to produce visitor statistics. For information about that service, see Ahrefs Analytics and Ahrefs’ privacy policy. Do not enter personal information into website URLs.

When direct submission is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse before the server passes a request to Zoho. Its challenge service may process browser and connection information. It is not loaded in email-draft mode. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
